Stödboendet i Salem vänder sig till personer från 21 år med psykiska och/eller neuropsykiatriska funktionsnedsättningar och som även kan ha en missbruksproblematik eller kriminalitet. Vi har väl upprättade samarbeten med beroendemottagningar och psykiatrienheter. De boende får bo i lägenheter med andrahandskontrakt som är möblerade och har bra standard. Lägenheterna ligger i ett vanligt hyreshus.

Vi erbjuder och är flexibla samt anpassar individuella lösningar till socialtjänsten och den boendes önskemål.

Vi söker nu medarbetare som med sin kunskap, engagemang och positiv framtoning vill arbeta hos oss. Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning som inleder med en provanställning om 6 månader.

Arbetsuppgifterna är att ge den boende stöd i vardagen, följa upp kontakt med vård och myndigheter.

I dina arbetsuppgifter ingår viss dokumentation och olika former av praktiska arbetsuppgifter. Arbetstiderna är dygnet runt där sovande jour ingår. Du som söker tjänsten är trygg, stabil och ödmjuk. Vi förväntar oss att du är flexibel och har lätt för att anpassa dig till ändrade omständigheter. Du relaterar till andra människor på ett lyhört och smidigt sätt och du tar ansvar för att hitta lösningar på situationer som kan uppstå under arbetstid. Du skall tycka om att arbeta nära klienterna och hjälpa till att bryta isolering samt motivera till förändring.

Vi vill att att du har tvåårig eftergymnasial utbildning motsvarande yrkeshögskola eller folkhögskola med pedagogisk eller social och beteendeinriktning. Du har tidigare erfarenhet inom vård och omsorgsområdet liksom erfarenhet av behandlingsarbete med vuxna.

Körkort B är ett krav.
