Role Overview

We're seeking a
hands-on RPA Developer (Power Automate Desktop)
to design, build, and maintain automation workflows across multiple business domains.

This role involves collaborating with internal teams and clients to identify process automation opportunities, develop robust
PAD and Power Automate Cloud Flows
, and ensure smooth deployment and monitoring in production environments.


Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using
Power Automate Desktop (PAD)

Build complex
Excel, UI, and browser automations
with error handling & exception management

Develop & integrate
Power Automate Cloud Flows
with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, SQL Server)

Manage
environments
,
user access
, and
admin roles
in Power Platform

Collect
POCs from multiple departments
to design efficient automations


Monitor
,
maintain
, and
enhance
production automations for performance and reliability

Collaborate with internal teams & clients for continuous process improvements

Implement intelligent automation using
AI Builder, APIs, and chatbot agents

Prepare detailed workflow documentation and testing reports


Technical Skills Required


Core Skills:

  • Power Automate Desktop (PAD)
  • Power Automate Cloud Flows
  • Excel Automation & Data Manipulation
  • UI & Browser Automation
  • Scripting (PowerShell / VBScript / Python preferred)


Optional / Nice-to-Have:

  • Power Apps (Canvas, Model-Driven & Power Pages)
  • Power BI & SQL Database integration
  • API Integration & Chatbot / Agentic AI awareness
  • Understanding of AI Builder, OCR, and LLM-based automations


What You'll Bring

  • 1–3 years of RPA experience (preferably Microsoft Power Platform)
  • Strong logical, analytical, and debugging mindset
  • Passion for automation, innovation, and optimization
  • Excellent communication & collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment


Certifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900)
    – Required
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Automate RPA Developer Associate (PL-500)
    – Preferred
