What You'll Do:

• Develop Strategies: Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand objectives and targets key audience segments.
• Craft Content: Design compelling content for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to capture and engage our audience.
• Manage Accounts: Oversee day-to-day social media operations, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
• Build Community: Foster and nurture our social media communities, creating two-way dialogues and enhancing brand loyalty.
• Create and Coordinate: Follow our monthly calendar, plan and coordinate photo/video shoots, and create always-on content.
• Collaborate: Work with the marketing team and influencers to align social media campaigns with overall marketing goals and manage influencer relationships.
• Analyze Performance: Track and report on social media metrics, offering data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization.

What Were Looking For:

• Qualifications: Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, fashion design, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in social media management or a similar role.
• Skills: Proficiency in content creation, strong communication skills, and familiarity with social media platforms and best practices.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, DaVinci Resolve (or similar tools), and content scheduling platforms.
• Creative Flair: Ability to think creatively and stay ahead of trends, with a keen eye for fashion and visual storytelling.
• Organizational Abilities: Excellent time management and multitasking skills to handle various tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure cohesive content execution.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in D2C: 2-3 years managing social media for a direct-to-consumer brand, preferably in the fashion or jewellery industry (good to have)
• Strategic Insight: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute social media strategies and manage influencer relationships.
• Content Creation: Experience in planning photo shoots and creating engaging visual content.
• Analytics Proficiency: Ability to use social media analytics tools to track performance and optimize strategies.

We are hiring for two full-time roles within our Social Media & Digital Branding team:

• Social Media Manager (Experienced)

Experience: 3+ years

Ideal for: Candidates with strong strategic, creative, and leadership capabilities who can independently plan and execute end-to-end social media functions and influencer partnerships.

• Social Media Executive (Junior Role)

Experience: Freshers to 1+ years

Ideal for: Highly creative individuals with a passion for content creation, trends, and brand storytelling.

Salary Range:

3,00,000 to 4,80,000 LPA; depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
