Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist patients with courtesy and compassion from entry to exit.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and support teams (Admission, Billing, Pharmacy, Housekeeping, etc.) for smooth OPD/IPD services.
  • Handle patient queries, calls, and communication between patients and medical staff.
  • Guide patients on hospital protocols, facilities, rights & responsibilities.
  • Support in admission, discharge, billing, and documentation (MLC, LAMA, incident reports).
  • Track patient details, collect feedback, and support quality improvement programs.
  • Manage floor operations, patient flow, and respond to emergencies as per hospital policy.

Candidate Profile

  • Any graduate (Life Sciences/Hospital Admin preferred).
  • 2-5 years experience; hospital/healthcare/front office preferred, fresher's welcome.
  • Good communication in English & Tamil.
  • Patient-friendly, empathetic, and courteous.
  • Basic computer knowledge & ability to coordinate with teams.
  • Professional, proactive, and able to handle pressure.
  • Preferably Male Only.
  • Willing to work in Rotational Shifts
