This isn't a routine desk job, it's a fast paced leadership role where you'll be steering large, target driven teams, driving sales outcomes, and ensuring governance excellence across partners.

We are looking for someone who:

Thrives in high-pressure, performance driven environments

Has 5 to 8 years of experience in sales operations, preferably in Banking, NBFC, or BPO setups

Possesses strong team management experience (leading 150+ advisors or multiple team leaders)

Understands productivity levers, and partner metrics

Has hands on experience with dialer management, lead allocation, and sales funnel tracking

Can collaborate cross functionally with product, analytics, and compliance teams to optimize outcomes

Brings strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

Has a sharp focus on process excellence, governance, and quality control

You'll be responsible for:

Driving daily, weekly, and monthly sales delivery through outsourced partners

Setting clear targets, monitoring performance, and building team accountability

Managing Training, attrition control, and advisor motivation

Ensuring compliance, call quality, and customer experience benchmarks are met

Identifying opportunities for process improvement and digital adoption
