• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables based on client requirements.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Conduct data needs analysis, identifying necessary data sources and quality checks.
• Design GIS workflows and data processing procedures.

Data Management and Analysis :

• Acquire, clean, and transform geospatial data from various sources.
• Perform spatial analysis using GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS) to generate insights and visualizations.
• Manage data quality control and ensure accuracy of GIS datasets.

Team Leadership and Collaboration :

• Lead and mentor a team of GIS analysts, technicians, and cartographers.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and address technical challenges.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders.

Client Management and Communication :

• Consult with clients to understand their needs and project goals.
• Present project findings and deliverables in clear and concise reports.
