Qualification B.E/B.Tech (ECE/CS/EE/EI/IT) or ME/M.Tech (ECE/CS/EE/EI/IT/CE) or equivalent (with minimum 60%)

Experience 2 Year + Experience

Roles & Responsibilities
• Test VOIP applications with different test setups

  • Document test cases related to testing of VOIP
  • Create tickets and reports for the testing scenarios
  • Configuring and maintaining the infrastructure including hardware and software
  • Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to assigned tasks
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical guidance.
  • Visit to field sites for troubleshooting & maintenance

Skills
• In depth understanding of VOIP technologies and protocols

  • Hands-on strong experience in working with Cisco Call manager & Cisco phones
  • Certification of Cisco Advanced Call Control & Mobility Services shall be preferred
  • Good knowledge of VOIP testing tools and simulators
  • Strong analytical & logical skills for debugging and problem solving
  • Coding skills with C/C++ is preferred
  • Experience with different call managers and COTS VOIP phone shall be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of issue trackers and software lifecycle management is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interactions
