Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on textile machinery

  • nspect and replace worn-out mechanical parts such as bearings, gears, pulleys, belts, shafts, and couplings.
  • Ensure proper lubrication and alignment of moving components.
  • Replace seals, gaskets, and mechanical components of pumps.
  • Perform arc, gas, or MIG welding for repairing machine frames, brackets, and pipelines.
  • Support maintenance of auxiliary equipment like air compressors, water lines, and gear systems.
  • Assist in installation and commissioning of new machines.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
  • Carry out minor fabrication jobs required for machine modifications or maintenance.
  • Ensure all welding work meets safety and quality standards.
