We are currently seeking a dynamic marketing intern to join our team, for designing the brand identity for an FMCG product from scratch.

Duration:
2 Months

Start Date:
 15th September 2025.

Preferred Location:
Lucknow (UP) or Delhi NCR.

Stipend:
Rs. 5000/- fixed + Bonus upto 50% of the fixed depending on the performance

This internship involves a lot of field work, such as visiting Malls, Kirana shops, and talking to customers, shopkeepers. So apply only if you can do field work.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

  1. Design and conduct primary consumer research (surveys, interviews, focus groups)
  2. Collect and analyze consumer insights to understand preferences, behavior, and pain points
  3. Assist in building brand identity from scratch (defining brand ethos, positioning, tone, messaging)
  4. Support digital marketing activities including content inputs, competitor mapping, and campaign ideation
  5. Conceptualize and run social media campaigns (content calendars, posts, engagement tracking)
  6. Assist with digital marketing: competitor scans, creative inputs

Candidate requirements:

  1. Completed or pursuing a bachelor's/master's degree and a strong interest in marketing
  2. If pursuing a bachelor's degree then you should be in atleast the 3rd year of your degree
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to structure and clearly articulate your thoughts (While English fluency is desirable it's not compulsory if you have strong communication skills)
  4. Genuine interest in building a career in marketing
