Role Overview

We're hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to help shape the core of our next-gen Agentic AI platform. You'll enable businesses to build, test, deploy, and manage intelligent UI/UX workflows alongside engineering backends, microservices for agent building, deployment, integrations, and observability. This is a hands-on, high-impact role collaborating with SaaS and DevOps teams to deliver a seamless, scalable, modular platform across SaaS environments. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable backend services and modular APIs (REST/gRPC) using NestJS and TypeScript for agent building, deployment, and integrations.
• Develop and optimize microservices with Protocol Buffers for efficient communication; ensure secure data flows with role-based access and multi-tenant awareness.
• Build and maintain database interactions (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis) for high-impact, performant agent workflows.
• Integrate observability with tools like OpenTelemetry and Winston; support real-time logging and event streaming.
• Collaborate with Product/UX on translating user stories to backend logic, with occasional lightweight UI contributions ).
• Write comprehensive tests (Jest/Supertest) and participate in CI/CD pipelines via Docker/Docker Compose and Nx monorepo builds.
• Debug, tune performance, and deploy in cloud-native environments with DevOps.

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years as a Full-Stack Developer, with strong backend emphasis.
• Expertise in NestJS, TypeScript, and 20+ for building REST/gRPC services and microservices.
• Proficiency with databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Experience with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Docker Compose), and modular architecture patterns (including RBAC and multi-tenant SaaS).
• Familiarity with authentication (e.g., self-hosted solutions) and Agile tools (Git, Jira).
• Basic frontend skills ) for supporting UI workflows.

Nice to Have

• Experience with agent-based frameworks (e.g., LangChain/RAG) or vector stores (Pinecone/Weaviate).
• Knowledge of serverless (AWS Lambda/API Gateway) and monitoring (Grafana/Datadog).
• UI/UX collaboration (Figma/Storybook) and open-source contributions.
