The incumbent shall be responsible for Teaching at Graduate level in Commerce & Management along with Co-ordination, Development of respective Programme of the university. Qualifying Criteria – PROFESSOR: a. The candidate should be a Ph. D. with

First Class (or an equivalent grade on a point scale wherever grading system is followed) in a Master's Degree in Business Management / Administration / in a relevant discipline. ANDMinimum 10 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals ANDMinimum Research Score of 120 ANDSuccessfully guided at least 2 doctoral candidates.b. Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in teaching/research/industry, of which at least 3 years shall be equivalent to Associate Professor.

ORIn the event, the candidate is from industry and the profession, the following shall constitute as essential:A Ph. D. Degree with First Class (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) in Master's Degree in Business Management / Administration / in a relevant disciplineORA Ph. D. Degree with First Class (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) in two years full-time PGDM declared equivalent by AIU / recognized by the AICTE / UGC.ANDc.

The candidate should have professional work experience which is significant and can be recognized at the national / International level as equivalent to Ph. D. and years' managerial experience in the industry should be at the Senior Managerial level in a large Organization/MNC/Conglomerate.d. Published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work in the peer-reviewed or UGC listed Journals. Published work may include books, Research Periodical, Ph. D. guidance, Consultancy projects, and patent filed.

ANDMinimum 7 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journalsANDMinimum Research Score of 75b. Minimum of 8 years of full-time experience in teaching/research/industry* out of which at least 3 years shall be Post Ph. D. experience. ORIn the event, that the candidate is from industry and the profession, the following shall constitute as essential:A Ph. D. Degree with

Without prejudice to the above, the following conditions may be considered desirable :i) Ph. D. preferred with 2 years of ) The candidate has presented at least two papers based on his/her Ph. D. work in conferences/seminars sponsored/funded/supported by the UGC/ICSSR/CSIR or any similar agency.
