We are seeking subject-matter experts from diverse academic and research backgrounds to join our AI Evaluation Team at Endeavor Academy.

Your mission: Review and assess AI-generated responses for accuracy, depth, and clarity and flag any factual or conceptual errors with clear, concise feedback in the comment box.

If you have a sharp academic eye, love analyzing complex answers, and believe in shaping the next generation of intelligent systems this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Review AI-generated content for factual accuracy, completeness, and domain relevance.
  2. Identify conceptual or logical errors and provide precise feedback.
  3. Maintain objectivity and consistency across evaluation tasks.
  4. Collaborate with internal quality and research teams to improve AI output standards.
  5. Uphold confidentiality and data integrity at all times.

Qualifications:

  1. Masters or PhD in a relevant subject area (Phd will be preferred).
  2. Strong command of academic writing and critical evaluation.
  3. Familiarity with research methodology and scholarly review is preferred.
  4. Excellent attention to detail and analytical reasoning skills.
  5. Prior teaching, reviewing, or content evaluation experience is an advantage.
