Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Store Manager who aspire to build a

long-term career in retail management and operations. The ideal candidate should be proactive,

detail-oriented, and eager to learn the nuances of retail, customer experience, and business management.

This role offers structured exposure across various functions, including store/cafe/FnV operations, sales,

customer service, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

● Assist the Reatil Staff in overseeing day-to-day store operations and achieving sales and profitability

targets.

● Maintain high standards of store hygiene, cleanliness, and visual merchandising (VM) to ensure an

exceptional brand experience.

● Deliver a premium, 5-star, and personalized experience to every customer, ensuring satisfaction and

loyalty.

● Manage inventory processes including stock receiving, replenishment, transfers, and daily SKU

reconciliation.

● Support café and retail operations while ensuring product quality, service excellence, and compliance

with company SOPs.

● Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities

and implement corrective actions.

● Coordinate effectively with central teams, factory, and head office for stock planning, order fulfillment,

and operational support.

● Handle end-of-day store closing procedures including cash management, reconciliation, and reporting.

● Participate in brand promotions, local marketing initiatives, and customer engagement activities to drive

footfall and sales.

● Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote retention, referrals, and repeat purchases.

● Develop leadership, operational, and communication skills through structured training and on-ground

mentorship.

Other Requirements

● MBA/PGDM/PGPM in Business, Retail, Hospitality, or related fields.

● Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

● Well-groomed, confident, and professional in appearance.

● Demonstrates a sense of responsibility, ownership, and discipline.

● Open to flexible and rotational shifts, including weekends and festive seasons.

● Passionate about retail, customer service, and sustainable products.

Career Growth:

Outstanding performers will be considered for progression into Assistant Store Manager or Store

Manager roles upon successful completion of the training program.
