ABOUT THE ROLE – The Analyst – HR Consulting

The Analyst – HR Consulting supports consulting engagements by delivering data-driven insights, process analysis, and HR solutions across areas such as talent management, organization design, compensation, performance management, and HR operations. The role involves research, analysis, stakeholder interaction, and documentation to help clients improve HR effectiveness and business outcomes

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support HR consulting projects across areas such as talent strategy, workforce planning, performance management, compensation & benefits, and HR operations
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, presentations, and client-ready documentation
  • Conduct market research, benchmarking, and best-practice studies related to HR policies and processes
  • Assist in designing HR frameworks, policies, and operating models aligned to business goals
  • Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders to gather requirements and validate findings
  • Support implementation activities including change management, communication plans, and process documentation
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and risks, ensuring adherence to quality and deadlines
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HR policies and data privacy standards

ǪUALIFICATION CRITERIA:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
  • Understanding of core HR functions and HR lifecycle processes
  • Ability to synthesize data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Attention to detail and structured thinking
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, consulting environment

Educational Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA / Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
  • 1–4 years of experience in HR consulting,
  • Prior exposure to consulting engagements or client-facing roles is an advantage
