Training and Placement Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Training:
• Conduct comprehensive training needs analysis to identify gaps and requirements
• Design and develop engaging training programs aligned with organizational goals
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessments
• Placement:
• Create job postings and work with HR staff to source qualified candidates
• Assess candidates' skills and abilities, conduct screening interviews, and provide guidance on best practices
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and assist with onboarding new hires
• Liaise with industries, government, and non-government organizations for placement opportunities
• Industry Connections:
• Establish and maintain relationships with companies and industries to facilitate placement drives
• Identify potential employers and job opportunities for students or trainees
• Coordinate with industry partners to understand their recruitment needs and preferences
• Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and other placement events
• Negotiate job offers and facilitate communication between employers and candidates

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
