Job Description:

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the

Packaging Industry. As a Sales Manager, you will formulate and execute effective sales

strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. You will be crucial in identifying new

business opportunities, staying ahead of market trends, and building strong relationships

with key clients. Additionally, you will act as a point of contact for escalated client issues,

ensuring prompt resolution and providing accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior

management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement dynamic sales strategies to surpass revenue targets,

leveraging market insights and industry trends.

  • Identify and capitalize on emerging business opportunities, ensuring a competitive

edge in the market.

and effectively.

customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Demonstrated success as a Sales Manager or in a comparable capacity.
  • A profound comprehension of market dynamics, client requirements, and

competitor landscapes.

  • Exceptional negotiation prowess and communication acumen.
  • A proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving tangible results.
  • Educational background in packaging or related fields is highly valued.
  • Hands-on experience within the packaging industry and specialized knowledge in

the paper bags segment are considered advantageous.
