Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join our International Wealth & Premier Banking team. The ideal candidate will bring strong transformation and change management experience, with a proven ability to drive strategic initiatives across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and solve complex business problems using structured analysis and creative thinking.
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and solution designs.
  • Evaluate solution options based on cost, benefit, and risk.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Business, IT, Data, and Operations.
  • Lead change adoption activities including communication, training, and transition to BAU.
  • Support programme management with impact assessments and change requests.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external delivery partners.
  • Act as a subject matter expert across multiple projects and regions.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have Skills:

  • Business Analysis, Process Mapping, Data Analysis (SQL)
  • Agile methodologies (JIRA, Confluence)
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Change Management & Implementation
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Agile Certifications
  • CBAP (or willingness to pursue)
  • Design Thinking
  • Experience in D&I (Design & Initiation) transformation projects

Experience Required

  • 8+ years in business analysis roles within financial services
  • Experience working on complex, multi-country projects
  • Strong understanding of change adoption processes and transformation initiatives
  • Proficiency in MS Office and business analysis tools
  • Experience in virtual collaboration and stakeholder engagement
