Role Summary

We are seeking a hands-on React Native Developer to build and maintain cross-platform mobile apps (Android & iOS). You will collaborate with UX/UI Designers, Backend Engineers ), QA, and Product Managers to deliver secure, high-performance, and user-friendly enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new features and maintain existing React Native applications.
• Translate Figma or design prototypes into responsive, pixel-perfect UI.
• Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs, handle authentication, push notifications, and offline sync.
• Ensure application security including secure data storage and encryption best practices.
• Write unit/integration tests and participate in peer code reviews.
• Debug platform-specific issues and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with backend, QA, and design teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Assist in publishing builds to App Store and Play Store using CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2 - 4 years of mobile development experience with React Native.
• Strong JavaScript (ES6+) and React fundamentals.
• Deep experience with Redux or MobX for state management.
• Familiarity with platform differences and native modules.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API integration and authentication flows.
• Experience with Git and automated build/deployment pipelines.
• Problem-solving mindset and strong debugging skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Familiarity with backend and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Detox).
• Prior work on enterprise or B2B mobile apps.
