Job Title: Business Analyst FinTech Domain (Finance + Technology)

Experience: 5–10 Years

Location: [Bangalore

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in FinTech, combining knowledge of financial products and technology solutions. The candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and driving digital transformation in financial systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for FinTech products and platforms.
• Bridge the gap between finance teams and technical teams to ensure alignment of business objectives with technology solutions.
• Prepare detailed BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, and data mapping documents.
• Support API integrations, data validation, and automation of financial processes.
• Perform gap analysis, identify process improvement opportunities, and suggest scalable digital solutions.
• Coordinate UAT and end-user training to ensure successful implementation.
• Work closely with engineering, QA, and product management teams in Agile environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in FinTech, Financial Services, or Technology domains.
• Strong understanding of banking workflows, payments, lending, investment, or accounting systems.
• Familiarity with API integrations, data flow diagrams, and SQL/data analysis.
• Experience in Agile / Scrum methodology using tools like JIRA, Confluence.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of RegTech, InsurTech, or digital payment ecosystems.
• Exposure to AI / automation in finance workflows.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI / Tableau) or data analytics.

Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Certifications such as CBAP / Agile BA / Product Owner / FinTech specialization are a plus.
