Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation Engineering
  • 5–10 years or more of relevant experience in handling large-scale Pumping, Water Supply, and Irrigation Projects

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager – EMI Projects to lead and oversee the execution of pumping and allied water supply or irrigation projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project operations, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complete project lifecycle – from planning, procurement, execution to commissioning.
  • Drive business development activities, including client coordination, proposal preparation, and bid support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for project design, engineering, and implementation.
  • Oversee procurement and vendor management ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure adherence to project timelines.
  • Conduct regular project reviews, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Manage and mentor the project execution team and subcontractors for effective performance.
  • Report project progress, challenges, and resolutions to management on a regular basis.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong technical understanding of Electrical / Mechanical / Instrumentation systems.
  • Proven track record in managing large Pumping / Water Supply / Irrigation projects.
  • Excellent leadership, planning, and coordination skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office suite.

Experience:

  • 5 to 10+ years of hands-on experience in project management within the water infrastructure or irrigation domain.
  • Prior experience in handling turnkey EPC / EMI projects will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹45,826.20 per month
