Looking for an experienced Garment Quality Incharge to monitor production quality, conduct inline and final inspections, ensure compliance with buyer standards, and maintain quality reports. Must have strong knowledge of stitching, finishing, and garment measurements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor garment quality at all production stages (cutting, stitching, finishing, packing).
  • Conduct inline, mid-line, and final inspections as per quality standards.
  • Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
  • Maintain quality reports and inspection records.
  • Train workers on quality procedures and workmanship standards.
  • Coordinate with production, merchandising, and finishing teams for quality assurance.
  • Ensure compliance with buyer specifications and company guidelines.
  • Work to reduce rejections and improve overall quality performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma / Degree in Textile, Garment Technology, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in garment quality control.
  • Strong knowledge of stitching, finishing, and measurement standards.
  • Good communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and handle buyer audits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
