Location: Minimalist Corporate office , Jaipur

Work Mode: 6 Days | Work from Plant ( Sitapura )

Duration: 6 Months (Internship)

Role Purpose / Objective

We are looking for a passionate and driven HR Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. The intern will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process and other HR projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced HR environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Support in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings
  • Assist in employer branding and campus engagement initiatives
  • Participate in various ongoing HR projects as assigned
  • Maintain timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Prepare internship reports and support documentation for audits

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed MBA in Human Resources
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Available to work from Plant 6 days a week
