Social media Intern (Personal Branding) Part time/Full time – Hybrid

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Intern to drive our brand's digital engagement

strategy and our leadership team personal Branding through data-driven content and

audience insights. This role requires expertise in social media algorithms, content

optimization, performance analytics, and paid media strategies to maximize brand

visibility and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy Execution – Develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy aligned with business objectives, optimize content based on platform algorithms, and track OKRs for audience growth and engagement.
  • Content Developments Optimization – Create SEO-optimized, multimedia-rich content (graphics, videos, reels, carousels), leverage A/B testing for content refinement, and ensure consistency in brand voice, tonality, and storytelling.
  • Community Engagements User Interaction – Monitor real-time engagement metrics, implement AI-driven chatbots for audience interaction, and develop a proactive approach to reputation management and crisis response.
  • Social Media Performance Analytics – Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics and Sprout Social to track KPIs, analyze user behavior through heatmaps and engagement insights, and prepare performance dashboards for data-driven improvements.
  • Paid Advertising Growth Strategies – Manage PPC campaigns, retargeting, and audience segmentation, optimize ad spend using programmatic advertising, and conduct competitive benchmarking with AI-powered ad analytics.
  • ROI Measurements Performance Optimization – Track and analyze ROI benchmarks using tools like Meta Business Suite and Tableau, optimize CPC, CPA, and ROAS, and leverage A/B testing and predictive analytics for campaign improvements.
  • Trend Researches Competitive Analysis – Stay updated with social media trends and algorithm changes, implement innovative content formats like AR/VR and interactive content, and integrate industry best practices from competitor analysis.

Required Skills and Experience:

Required Qualifications:

  • Completed or currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of growing social media presence and engagement across platforms.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content optimization techniques.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities for engaging social media posts.
  • Ability to analyze KPIs like engagement rates, conversion metrics, and ROI.
  • Strong project management abilities to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-changing social media trends and algorithms.
  • Understanding of emerging technologies (AI-driven social media strategies, AR/VR content).
  • Knowledge of community building, crisis management, and reputation handling.

Skills Competencies:

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Language:

  • Fluent in English with excellent reading and writing skills.
  • Any of South Indian languages like Kannada, Tamil and Malayalam is must.
