Job Summary:
We are looking for a Gym Manager who will be responsible for client servicing and sales while managing the overall operations of the fitness center. The role requires strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a passion for fitness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle client interactions, ensure excellent customer service, and resolve member queries.
- Drive sales by promoting memberships, renewals, and other gym services.
- Manage daily operations of the gym to ensure smooth functioning.
- Coordinate with trainers and staff to deliver the best client experience.
- Maintain a positive and motivating environment for clients and team members.
Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory (any stream).
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Strong communication and client servicing skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet targets.
- Passion for health, fitness, and customer engagement.
