Overview:

Brightspeed is building a transformative Generative AI platform to optimize circuit management across its telecom infrastructure. As Lead Engineer, you'll drive Python-based development across data engineering, AI/ML, and system integration layers to enable intelligent circuit consolidation and forecasting.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Development: Architect and build modular, cloud-native Python components for the optimization engine.

Data Engineering: Design ETL pipelines to ingest and normalize data from internal systems and vendor sources.

Knowledge Graphs: Implement and maintain the Canonical Circuit Intelligence Graph (CCIG) using Python and graph databases.

AI/ML Models: Develop rule-based and predictive models for anomaly detection, clustering, and forecasting.

Generative AI: Fine-tune GenAI models (e.g., CircuitGPT, ClauseMatcherBERT) for semantic understanding and recommendation generation.

Multi-Agent Architecture: Build Python agents for topology discovery, utilization analysis, risk evaluation, and recommendation generation.

Simulation & Forecasting: Implement Python-based forecasting models and real-time what-if simulation tools.

Integration & APIs: Develop secure Python APIs for integration with ERP, ticketing, and contract systems.

NLP Dashboards: Create persona-driven NLP interfaces for Finance, Procurement, and Network Ops teams.

Requirements:

Expert-level Python development across AI/ML, data engineering, and API design.

Experience with GenAI (GPT-4, BERT), NLP, and ML frameworks.

Strong background in ETL, schema normalization, and OCR.

Familiarity with graph databases and semantic modeling.

Cloud-native architecture and microservices experience.

Telecom domain knowledge (LLDP, SNMP, NetConf) is a plus.
