Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President Operations based in Ahmedabad, India. The Vice President Operations will oversee and drive operational efficiency across various business units, ensuring alignment with company goals. Responsibilities include formulating and executing strategic plans, managing profit and loss (P&L) operations, optimizing processes, and leading cross-functional teams for project execution. The role demands consistent evaluation and improvement of operational systems to maintain high-quality standards, customer satisfaction, and organizational growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Operations Management, including process improvement and resource optimization
  • Proven experience in P&L Management and understanding of financial metrics to ensure profitability
  • Skills in Strategic Planning and decision-making to achieve organizational goals
  • Proficiency in Project Management, including timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation
  • Experience in Customer Service and relationship management to ensure client satisfaction
  • Exceptional leadership qualities and team management skills
  • Familiarity with energy, petrochemical, or engineering sectors is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant field; MBA is preferred
