Job Title: Pixpit In-Charge / Pit In-Charge

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise Pixpit & Melting Shop operations.
• Oversee daily pit work, melting shop workflow, and material handling.
• Ensure all activities follow safety standards, quality checks, and production targets.
• Coordinate with supervisors, production team, and workers.
• Maintain logs for material usage, manpower deployment, and production output.
• Inspect equipment, tools, and ensure preventive maintenance.
• Plan and allocate tasks to achieve daily/weekly production requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and reduce material wastage.
• Prepare daily reports and update management regularly.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years experience in Pixpit / Pit Work / Melting Shop / Foundry operations.
• Strong team-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of machine operation, safety compliance, and quality standards.
• Ability to read drawings and handle manpower efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
