Executive - Email Deliverability

Job Overview:

We are looking for a 
fresher
 to join our 
Email Deliverability team
 at Netcore Cloud. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn about 
email infrastructure, sender reputation management, and inbox optimization
. You will work closely with 
experienced deliverability experts
, analyzing campaign performance, troubleshooting email issues, and ensuring best practices for high deliverability rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze
   email deliverability metrics (open rates, bounce rates, spam complaints, inbox placement).
• Assist in 
  troubleshooting
   email deliverability issues and maintaining sender reputation.
• Learn and implement 
  email authentication protocols
   such as SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and BIMI.
• Work with ISPs, anti-spam organizations, and blacklist providers to resolve deliverability concerns.
• Stay updated with 
  email industry trends, compliance regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL), and best practices
  .
• Assist in 
  configuring and optimizing email-sending infrastructure
   (IP warm-up, email headers, SMTP logs).
• Support clients and internal teams in optimizing email campaigns for better inbox placement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
   in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong 
  analytical and problem-solving skills
  .
• Basic understanding of 
  email marketing concepts and SMTP protocols
  .
• Familiarity with 
  DNS, IPs, and networking
   is a plus.
• Good communication skills and eagerness to learn.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have, but Not Mandatory):

• Knowledge of 
  email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI)
  .
• Familiarity with 
  email marketing tools
   (Mailchimp, SendGrid, Netcore's SmartSend).
• Understanding of 
  email compliance laws
   (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL).
• Basic 
  HTML/CSS knowledge
   for email templates.
