Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Senior Architect to lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will bring visionary design, strong leadership, and deep technical expertise to oversee teams, manage clients, and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural projects from initial concept through construction documents and completion.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members and interns.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability requirements.
• Prepare and present design proposals, feasibility studies, and progress reports.
• Review drawings, models, and documents for quality and accuracy.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Oversee coordination with structural, MEP, and other consultants.

Requirements:

• Licensed Architect with 8+ years of professional experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse project types and scales.
• Proficiency in design and documentation software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and building codes.

Job Title: Junior Architect

Experience: 0–3 years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to support our architectural team in the design and documentation of exciting projects. This is an excellent opportunity to grow professionally under the guidance of senior staff while contributing to innovative and sustainable designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of design drawings, models, and construction documents.
• Support senior architects in project development and client presentations.
• Research materials, building codes, and regulations.
• Participate in site visits and construction administration as required.
• Coordinate with consultants and help manage project files and documentation.
• Contribute creatively to design discussions and brainstorming sessions.

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of experience in an architectural office or internship.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of architectural concepts, drawings, and building systems.
