We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist/Performance Marketer to develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities


• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, and Performance Max).


• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, content marketing).


• Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copies, and perform A/B testing for campaign optimization.


• Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics like CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions.


• Optimize landing pages and user experience to improve campaign performance.


• Use tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Search Console to track and measure performance.


• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and algorithm updates in digital marketing and Google Ads.


• Prepare regular performance reports and present actionable insights to the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.


• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.


• Strong knowledge of paid search and display advertising strategies.


• Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and campaign tracking tools.


• Good understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing principles.


• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.


• Google Ads Certification is a strong plus.
