The Role

Infrastructure Architects are the key link between Kyndryl and our clients. You're in a technical leadership role, uniting and guiding stakeholders from clients, governance, and project executives to delivery and sometimes even the vendors who work with the client. You'll be there from the start of a project — understanding what's needed and figuring out the best technical solution. And you'll be there at the finish, delivering the right product on time and within budget.

As an Infrastructure Architect, you'll draw upon the full breadth of your talent and experience. This is a technical leadership role, so we want you to bring your vision, knowledge, and leadership to each project. To the client, you're the subject matter expert – consulting early, gathering inputs, understanding what they need from our solution. You define what Kyndryl can do to meet this solution. You design the best solution for the job. And finally, you're the tech leader for implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and implement Microsoft SCCM & Intune solutions (including cloud-only).
• Convert Group Policy to Intune Native policy / CSP.
• Manage Windows Modern Management using Intune or Workspace One.
• Oversee Patch Management via Windows Update for Business.
• Design, develop, and manage Power BI reports.
• Plan and execute Intune infrastructure monitoring & maintenance.
• Manage role-based administration (custom roles, security scopes).
• Develop and deploy PowerShell scripts based on customer requirements.
• Handle Windows/Mac device enrollment & management in Intune.
• Perform inventory management and create customer reports.
• Manage encryption and security components (Intune or Workspace One).
• Configure and manage Windows Autopilot.
• Implement co-management using SCCM and Intune for Windows 10.
• Handle application lifecycle management in Intune (packaging, distribution, deployment, reporting, retirement).
• Manage feature upgrades and reporting via Intune.

Required Technical and Professional Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of Data Center mainly Systems, Storage, Networking & Security, Application & Databases
• Understanding of Systems and Solutions Architecture
• Hands-on experience & learning with Data Center technologies, Cloud Software, and interoperability
• Strong experience with Microsoft technologies (Intune, SCCM, Azure, DEM, Systrack, Aternity, Cloud).
• Proven expertise in Windows 10 build architecture & deployment (customization, branding, Autopilot, bare-metal, in-place upgrade strategies).
• Hands-on experience with Windows Autopilot deployment using Azure/Intune.
• Knowledge of Windows 10 servicing and Active Directory GPO controls (including security settings).
• Strong skills in SCCM (application management and OS deployment).
• Excellent understanding of Azure platform , especially Intune and Autopilot.
• Experience with hardware & drivers (Windows OS).
• Scripting proficiency in PowerShell and DOS batch files .
• Networking knowledge related to Windows 10 deployment (PXE boot, DHCP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi).
• Migration experience (e.g., Windows to Intune or other modern technologies).
• Strong documentation skills – Solution Design Docs, RFS, technical requirements, use case preparation, and client presentations.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• MS Project or other Project Management software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders of all levels
• Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM).
• Systrack and Aternity workplace analytics.
• Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) server setup & configuration.
• Desktop Analytics and Endpoint Analytics implementation.
