Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electrical Engineer, located in Vapi. The role involves designing, planning, and overseeing the execution of 400kV AIS and GIS projects, including supervision of electrical installation, testing, and commissioning work. Key responsibilities include coordinating with design, construction, and procurement teams to ensure project timelines are met, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining adherence to safety and quality standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and effective client communication are critical aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering and knowledge of electrical design principles
  • Knowledge and experience in Electricity, Power Systems, and Power Distribution
  • Proven expertise in managing and executing electrical engineering tasks for 400kV AIS and GIS projects
  • Familiarity with safety regulations, compliance standards, and quality control in engineering projects
  • Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a collaborative on-site environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required
  • Prior experience in HV/EHV projects is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in design and power system analysis software tools is an advantage
