We are hiring an experienced Car Sales Manager (58 yrs, incl. 3+ yrs in management) to lead our pre-owned vehicle division. ( Malad West)

Responsibilities:

  • • Oversee sales ops: sourcing, pricing, display & customer service
  • • Drive strategies to achieve sales targets
  • • Lead & motivate sales team
  • • Track market trends & competitors
  • • Build dealer/aggregator partnerships
  • • Ensure smooth RTO transfers & documentation

Requirements:

  • • 58 yrs auto sales, 3+ yrs in car management
  • • Strong knowledge of valuation, sourcing & pricing
  • • Proven track record in sales targets
  • • Excellent leadership, negotiation & communication skills
  • • CRM & computer proficiency; degree preferred
