The opportunity
Responsible for performing various testing procedures in a laboratory environment for quality assurance. Duties usually consist of making measurements, performing several routine quantitative and qualitative analytical tests, performing calculations and determinations on tests, and evaluating physical/chemical characteristics. Familiar with the use of standard and industry specific specialized laboratory equipment Analyzes test results and experiments to ensure conformity to physical and/or chemical specifications. Maintains records of analysis and tests.
How you'll make an impact
- Coordination of Quality management systems (QMS) of the entire location. Preparing the SOP's, Quality Plan, Data Sheets, Work Instructions, Management procedures.
- Planning and executing factory different audit plans. Coordination of the internal and external system audits, customer audits, Global Quality audit, Third party /supplier audit and accreditation audits
- Coordinate with cross functional team for closer of different audit points in timely manner and sharing the results and to ensure internal auditors' certifications
- Follow up for management review meetings in timely manner with collecting details from different functional managers Oversee the planning and execution of regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to QMS standards.
- Ensure all QMS documentation is up-to-date, accessible, and effectively communicated across the organization. Ensure that the testing equipment and tools are maintained and meet the testing requirements.
- Coordinate laboratory resources to ensure successful development of specific tasks/projects.
- Ensure the required technology skill levels in the laboratory, identifying appropriate technical training and technology knowledge development opportunities. Maintain traceability of measurements and calibrations to national standards, suitability, calibration, and maintenance of test equipment, testing environment, sampling, handling, and transportation of test items, and quality assurance of test and calibration data.
- Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 standards for laboratory accreditation, which includes a thorough evaluation of all factors in a laboratory that affect the production of test or calibration data.
- Drive QMS training and awareness programs to build relevant competencies across the organization.
- Maintain Technical competence of staff, validity and appropriateness of test methods, traceability of measurements and calibrations to national standards, suitability, calibration, and maintenance of test equipment.

- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering / Diploma in Engineering. Preferred Electrical /Mechanical Engineering.
- Min. 2 years of overall experience in similar positions.
- Experienced with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
- Experience in internal and external system audits, Customer audits, ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 audit.
- Implement, audit, consistently apply and sustain the local Quality Management System and suggest system improvements.
- Assure compliance with all external and internal regulations, specifications and standard work
- Experience in audit process and ability to manage documentation according to ISO/IEC 17025 standard
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required
