We are seeking versatile and skilled Ivalua professionals to join our dynamic IT team. This role is designed for individuals with strong expertise in the Ivalua Source-to-Contract (S2C) platform. We have opportunities for both hands-on technical developers and strategic functional architects. Your precise role and responsibilities will be aligned with your core expertise, experience, and career aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design & Architecture: Lead solution design, gather business requirements from key users, and formulate them into functional and technical designs.
  • Development & Implementation: Configure and customize Ivalua modules, particularly Contract Management and Sourcing, to meet business needs.
  • System Integration: Assist with system integration tests, support UAT activities, and work on integrating Ivalua with other systems like SAP and e-Signature tools.
  • Mentorship & Support: Provide guidance to junior team members on complex issues and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and perform root cause analysis for platform-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong techno-functional experience with the Ivalua platform.
  • Proven experience in Ivalua S2C modules, including Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Contract Lifecycle Management.
  • For technical roles, proficiency in Ivalua configuration, and experience with JavaScript or SQL is highly desirable.
  • For functional roles, demonstrated ability in change management, stakeholder engagement, and business process reengineering.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ivalua L3 certification is a strong plus
