About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Advisor (Senior Software Engineer) to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications. The role involves technical leadership, solution design, and mentorship, using cutting-edge technologies in , , Python, and PostgreSQL.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using , , Python (basic), and PostgreSQL.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices & design patterns.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for high performance and reliability.
  • Lead architecture and solution design discussions and provide technical recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust solutions.
  • Perform peer code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  • Drive technical excellence and promote a collaborative engineering culture.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and introduce innovative solutions.
  • Act as a "Go-To" expert in one or more technical domains.
  • Support talent development by mentoring, recruiting, and fostering high-performing teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional experience in software development.
  • Strong hands-on experience in , , SQL (PostgreSQL preferred), and working knowledge of Python.
  • Excellent understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and architectural best practices.
  • Proven ability to design scalable systems and lead technical initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
