Job Title: Receptionist

Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, with prior experience handling front desk responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Maintain reception area cleanliness and presentation
  • Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks (data entry, filing, etc.)
  • Manage visitor logs and coordinate with staff for appointments
  • Receive and distribute mail or packages
  • Assist with scheduling and other office support as needed

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
  • Pleasant personality and customer service orientation
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
