We are seeking an experienced Offshore SAP Developer with expertise in SAP UI5 and ABAP development. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in SAP Web IDE and SAP Business Application Studio (BAS) to collaborate efficiently with onshore teams for delivering high-quality, scalable SAP solutions.

With over 5 +years of experience, the candidate should possess the following key skill set:

  • Data Dictionary

  • Reports

  • Debugging

  • Interfaces

  • Enhancements

  • ABAP on HANA

  • UI5

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop modern user interfaces following SAPUI5 and Fiori guidelines.

  • Design, maintain, and enhance SAP applications using ABAP.

  • Create and implement UI5 applications utilizing SAP Web IDE and SAP BAS.

  • Integrate front-end UI5 applications with SAP backend services such as OData and Gateway.

  • Collaborate closely with onshore technical leads to address requirements and provide technical resolutions.

  • Conduct unit testing and offer support for system integration and user acceptance testing.

  • Troubleshoot and debug issues within existing applications.

  • Ensure code quality, optimize performance, and adhere to SAP development standards.

  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies if working under Agile methodology.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP UI5, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.

  • Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in SAP ABAP development.

  • Proficiency in using SAP Web IDE and SAP Business Application Studio (BAS) for UI5 application development and deployment.

  • Ability to develop OData services and integrate them with UI5 applications.

  • Solid understanding of SAP Fiori architecture and launchpad configuration.

  • Familiarity with Git, version control, and best deployment practices.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
