As a highly skilled and motivated UiPath Lead, your role will involve overseeing and delivering enterprise-level RPA solutions utilizing UiPath. You are expected to demonstrate strong leadership qualities, practical development experience, and a comprehensive knowledge of RPA best practices and architecture. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end RPA project delivery, transforming business requirements into scalable automation solutions - Mentor junior developers and facilitate peer code reviews - Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and IT teams to assess automation feasibility and design - Define RPA architecture, develop reusable components, and establish governance models - Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing bots and workflows - Ensure proper documentation and adherence to SDLC and compliance standards - Manage deployment, version control, and orchestration using UiPath Orchestrator - Drive process discovery, assessment, and prioritization sessions Preferred Qualifications: - Solid understanding of RPA tools - Experience in AI/ML or Document Understanding - Knowledge of cloud platforms and Git-based version control - Proficiency in business process analysis and optimization - Familiarity with documentation tools - Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, and system integrations In addition to technical proficiency, soft skills are crucial for this role. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into automation needs are essential. Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating in cross-functional teams is preferred. Candidates with certifications in UiPath/Automation Anywhere/Blue Prism RPA Business Analyst and Scrum will be given preference for this role.,
