Job Role: Audit manager

Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Audit Manager to support and strengthen our internal audit function. You will help review and improve our processes, ensure we follow regulations, and identify risks. This role involves working closely with different departments, conducting audits, and helping the company stay compliant and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and conducting audits across all business areas (vehicle finance, SME lending, etc.).

Check whether internal controls and policies are followed.

Identify gaps or risks and suggest improvements.

Document audit findings clearly and follow up on corrections.

Conduct special reviews when needed.

Ensure compliance with RBI rules and company policies.

Risk Management and Governance:

Stay updated on RBI and NBFC regulations.

Help assess potential risks and areas for improvement.

Support teams in improving controls and processes.

Share findings and reports with senior management.

Team and Collaboration:

Work under the guidance of the Lead Auditor.

Coordinate with business units to understand operations and address audit points.

Support external auditors and help during inspections

Experience: 510 years in internal audit or risk roles, preferably in NBFCs or financial services.

Skills:

Good understanding of NBFC operations and RBI regulations.

Experience with audit tools and Microsoft Office.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Ability to manage time and work on multiple assignments
