Company: Fox Exports Pvt. Ltd.

Role: Accounting Assistant

Location: Abakash, B-Narayanpur, Bhangar, South 24 Parganas

Salary: ₹14,500 - ₹25,000+ per month (Based on Experience and Educational Qualification).

Immediate Joining

Responsibilities:

  1. Reconciling Invoices and Identifying Discrepancies

  2. Reviewing invoices and ensuring accuracy in financial records.

  3. Creating and Updating Expense Reports:

  4. Managing expense reports and keeping them up-to-date.

  5. Processing Reimbursement Forms:

  6. Handling reimbursement requests efficiently.

  7. Preparing Bank Deposits:

  8. Ensuring timely and accurate bank deposits.

  9. Entering Financial Transactions into Internal Databases:

  10. Recording financial data accurately.

  11. Checking Spreadsheets for Accuracy:

  12. Verifying numerical data.

  13. Maintaining Digital and Physical Financial Records:

  14. Organizing and safeguarding financial documents.

  15. Issuing Invoices to Customers and External Partners:

  16. As needed.

  17. Reviewing and Filing Payroll Documents:

  18. Assisting with payroll-related tasks.

Requirements and Skills:

  1. Work Experience: Prior experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk for at least 1 years with any CA firm.

  2. Basic Bookkeeping Knowledge: Familiarity with fundamental bookkeeping procedures.

  3. Understanding of Finance Regulations: Awareness of financial rules and regulations.

  4. Math Skills: Ability to handle numerical calculations and identify errors.

  5. Proficiency in MS Excel and Accounting Software: Hands-on experience with tools like tally, busy.

  6. Organizational Skills: Efficiently managing tasks and maintaining records.

  7. Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with discretion.

  8. Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
