Role Overview: Chief LLM Architect Engineer

We are seeking a visionary
Chief LLM Architect Engineer
with
15+ years of deep expertise
in
AI/ML, Large Language Models, Generative AI, SaaS platforms, Cloud, DevOps, and Advanced Engineering
, preferably across
Travel Tech, FMCG, IT, B2B SaaS, and high-scale enterprise solutions
.

This role is for a
strategic inventor + architect + hands-on engineer
who can lead the design, development, deployment, and optimization of the most advanced
Travel LLM, LCM, LAM,VLM Engine
the world has ever seen.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect, build, and optimize
TravelFlap proprietary LLM, LAM, and LCP models
designed specifically for the global travel ecosystem.

Develop AI systems integrating
GDS, NDC, LCCs, airline APIs, hotel inventory, DMC/TMC systems, B2B portals, corporate travel & expense
, and multilayer OTA pipelines.

Build the world's most advanced
AI-driven Search, Book, Manage, Refund, Reissue, Post-ticketing
engine using multi-agent systems and neural pipelines.

Lead AI innovations in
travel personalization, predictive fare analytics, dynamic packaging, itinerary generation, risk management, route planning, disruption handling
, etc.

Create secure, compliant architectures following
IATA standards, PCI-DSS, GDPR, OWASP
, and global data governance protocols.

Oversee cloud-native engineering using
AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, microservices, serverless computing
, and high-availability architectures.

Lead cross-functional AI teams in building
TravelFlap Ticket Changer
,
AI Airline Service Cost Engine
,
AI Fraud Detection
,
AI Itinerary Builder
, and
AI Recommendation Models
.

Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and leadership teams to shape global tech strategy across
Travel SaaS, B2B White Label Infra, and OTA core systems
.

Drive full-stack implementations, integrating
React, , Python, GoLang, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain
, and internal AI pipelines.

Build powerful visual analytics through
Power BI, Tableau, AI dashboards
, and advanced data engineering.

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions across our tech stack, including .NET, JAVA, Python, PHP, and MERN/MEAN Stack.

• Oversee the development and optimization of databases, primarily MongoDB and MySQL.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA, to deliver high-quality products on time.

• Implement DevOps practices to streamline the development and deployment process, ensuring continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).

• Leverage cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP to build robust, scalable, and cost-effective solutions.

• Drive technical architecture decisions and ensure best practices are followed in code quality, security, and performance.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance SEO strategies within our platforms.

• Utilize tools like Jira, Zoho, and Monday for project management and team collaboration.

Required Skills Expertise

15+ years in AI/ML Engineering, LLM Architecture, Deep Learning, NLP, and high-scale distributed systems.

Prior experience in
Travel Tech, OTA systems, GDS/NDC, B2B SaaS, FMCG AI Systems
, or complex enterprise platforms.

Expertise with
LLMs, RAG, multi-agent systems, transformer architectures, reinforcement learning
, and fine-tuning.

Strong command of
Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, LangChain, vector DBs, multi-cloud systems
, and high-performance design.

Deep understanding of corporate travel, airline pricing, fare rules, PNR, ticketing, queues, refunds, servicing, BSP, accounting, MIS reporting, and API orchestration.

Proven leadership in building and scaling engineering teams across global offices.

Strong knowledge of
DevOps (CI/CD), MLOps
, monitoring, observability, auto-scaling, and cloud infrastructure governance.

Qualifications:

Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field.

• Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, containerization, and orchestration.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP.

• Strong understanding of SEO principles and their application in software development.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.

• Experience in the travel tech industry is highly desirable.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
