Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in Project Planning: Help define project goals, objectives, and timelines. Support the creation of detailed project plans and schedules.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with team members to track progress, ensure project deadlines are met, and assist in coordinating tasks across departments.
  • Communication Support: Assist in preparing and distributing project updates and reports. Help ensure smooth communication between stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
  • Documenting and Reporting: Maintain project documentation and update project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello). Prepare regular status reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Risk Management Assistance: Help identify potential project risks and assist in developing solutions to address them.
  • Learning Project Management Tools: Gain hands-on experience using project management software to manage tasks, timelines, and resources.
  • Process Improvement: Provide suggestions for improving project management processes based on observations and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  • Strong interest in project management and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) is a plus but not required.
  • A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7, ₹10,000.00 per month
