Our technology is designed to streamline supply chain operations and enhance overall efficiency for our clients.

Role Description

Identify, evaluate, and onboard warehouse spaces in Delhi NCR and Mumbai region.
• Conduct site visits to assess suitability (size, infrastructure, compliance, pricing, connectivity, etc.).


• Maintain a database of verified warehouses with detailed specifications.


• 3PL Partner Scouting:


• Source and evaluate potential 3PL partners in both regions.


• Negotiate commercial terms, SLAs, and service capabilities.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and regional 3PL providers.


• Market Research & Analysis:


• Map existing warehouse clusters and logistics hubs.


• Track competitor warehouse and 3PL footprints.


• Provide market intelligence to the leadership team for decision-making.


• Onboarding & Coordination:


• Coordinate with landlords, brokers, and 3PL owners for smooth onboarding.


• Work closely with operations and business development teams to align supply availability with client demand.


• Documentation & Reporting:


• Ensure all contracts, compliance documents, and legal checks are in place.


• Prepare regular reports on supply pipeline, partner performance, and regional growth.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and decision making

Expertise in Demand Planning and Supply Management

Proficient in Procurement processes

Experience in Inventory Management

Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

Familiarity with warehousing and fulfillment technology platforms is a plus
