Job Overview:

A Field Boy is responsible for performing outdoor and on-site tasks to support company operations. The role involves traveling to different locations, handling deliveries, assisting field staff, and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and collect documents, parcels, or goods from clients and offices.
• Assist field staff or sales teams with on-ground activities.
• Maintain records of deliveries and collections.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned fieldwork.
• Support basic office errands when required.
• Handle customer interactions politely while on the field.
• Follow company guidelines and safety protocols during travel.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass (varies by company).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the city.
• Punctual, reliable, and hardworking.
• Basic knowledge of local routes (if travel is involved).
• Two-wheeler and driving license (preferred in some jobs).
