Role Overview

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Full Stack Developer who thrives in both front-end and back-end environments and is ready to lead a high-performing development team. You'll be responsible for architecting scalable solutions, mentoring developers, and driving technical excellence across projects.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement


• Architect and develop robust web applications using ASP.NET Core, C#, React, and


• Manage and optimize MS SQL Server databases and backend services


• Oversee Kentico CMS implementations, including custom module development and integrations


• Deploy and maintain applications on Microsoft Azure, leveraging services like App Services, Azure SQL, and Blob Storage


• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high code quality


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers


• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business value

Required Skills


• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in full stack development


• Strong command of ASP.NET Core, C#, and MS SQL


• Proficiency in , , and modern JavaScript frameworks


• Experience with Kentico CMS (v12 or later preferred)


• Solid understanding of Azure cloud services and DevOps practices


• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills


• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines

Preferred Qualifications


• Kentico Developer Certification or equivalent experience


• Experience with microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and RESTful APIs


• Exposure to headless CMS and JAMstack architecture


• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to drive technical decisions
