About the Role

We are looking for experienced
Salesforce Developers
(P2 and P3 levels) to join the team at
Cardinal Health Care
. The ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in
Sales and Service Cloud
, along with hands-on experience in
Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE/Pardot)
or
Conga CLM
. Candidates experienced in both will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Work extensively on
    Sales Cloud
    and
    Service Cloud
    to enhance platform functionality.
  • Implement, integrate, and maintain solutions in
    MCAE (Pardot)
    and/or
    Conga CLM
    environments.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and QA teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize existing Salesforce applications.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in Salesforce development and security compliance.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–10 years of total IT experience, with
    minimum 3+ years in Salesforce development
    .
  • Strong hands-on expertise in
    Salesforce Sales Cloud
    and
    Service Cloud
    .
  • Experience with
    MCAE (Pardot)
    or
    Conga CLM
    integration and customization.
  • Proficiency in
    Apex, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura), Visualforce, SOQL, and REST APIs
    .
  • Good understanding of
    Salesforce configuration
    ,
    automation tools (Flows, Process Builder)
    , and
    deployment mechanisms (Change Sets, CI/CD tools)
    .
  • Salesforce Developer or relevant certifications preferred (e.g.,
    Platform Developer I/II
    ).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience in
    both MCAE (Pardot)
    and
    Conga CLM
    .
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery models.
  • Familiarity with integration tools (MuleSoft, Informatica, etc.) and version control systems (Bitbucket, Git).

Work Mode

  • Hybrid:
    3 days in office (C V Raman Nagar, Bangalore).
  • Candidates must be
    Bangalore-based or willing to relocate.
