Position: Customer Support Associate Technical (International Voice Process)
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Associate in the Technical Voice Process, you will:
- Deliver exceptional customer support to international clients via phone calls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues effectively and efficiently.
- Provide product and service information clearly and professionally.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and accurate resolution.
- Maintain proper documentation of all customer interactions in compliance with internal systems and standards.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the support process.
Candidate Requirements:
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English fluency is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities with a customer-first attitude.
- Prior experience in international voice-based customer support is preferred.
- Ability to understand and resolve technical queries (product or service-related).
- Comfortable working in rotational night shifts to support global customers.
- BE/B.Tech freshers with good technical knowledge and communication skills are eligible to apply.
