Internship Details
This is a 3-month internship, with the potential for extension by another 3 months based on performance and business needs.

Stipend: A monthly stipend in the range starting from INR 15,000 will be provided, depending on the candidate's abilities and job location.

Path To Full-Time Employment
We believe in nurturing talent. After your initial 3 months, we'll conduct a comprehensive performance review. This review will assess your contributions, learning, and alignment with our team and company culture. The outcome of this review will determine if your internship will be extended for another 3 months or if there's a possibility for full-time employment with iDream Education, then or after another 3 months of extended internship period depending on the progress and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Research & Insights
• Map the CSR ecosystem in India with a focus on corporates, foundations, NGOs, and government bodies investing in K–12 education and digital learning.
• Conduct sectoral research on trends in CSR for EdTech, career guidance, teacher empowerment, and school digitalization.
• Identify decision-makers and influencers in organizations who are aligned with education-focused CSR missions.
• Data Building & Analysis
• Build and maintain a structured database of CSR prospects, leaders, and initiatives.
• Analyze funding trends, program focus areas, and impact reports of CSR projects in education.
• Benchmark best practices of CSR in education to support strategic decision-making.
• Partnership Support
• Provide research support during proposal preparation and pitches.
• Generate briefs and presentation-ready insights for the Partnerships & Strategy team.
• Highlight opportunities for collaboration in digital classrooms, ICT labs, and career guidance programs.
• Reporting & Collaboration
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports summarising research findings, trends, and opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Partnerships, Strategy, and Impact teams) to ensure research drives outreach efforts.
