Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and well-mannered Gym Trainer to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about fitness, have proper certification, and be able to guide members safely and effectively through their workouts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist members in achieving their fitness goals with proper form and guidance.
  • Conduct fitness assessments, demonstrations, and basic counselling.
  • Create and monitor workout routines according to member requirements.
  • Maintain cleanliness and discipline on the gym floor.
  • Motivate members and ensure a friendly, supportive workout environment.
  • Ensure gym equipment is handled safely and responsibly.
  • Coordinate with front desk/counsellor for member support and trial sessions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Education: 12th Pass
  • Certification: Completed fitness trainer certification
  • Experience: Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of gym floor experience preferred
  • Personality: Well-mannered, disciplined, punctual, and presentable
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward clients
